Obituary of Margaret (Aldrich) Cooper
COOPER, Margaret (nee Aldrich) Age 84, of Sherman Oaks passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, December 27th. Born and raised in Auburn, Nebraska, she lived in Haworth, NJ for 23 years before moving to Sherman Oaks in 1975. Throughout her life "Maggie" was very active in the fields of education, politics and the entertainment industry. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Ted, who passed away in 1999. She is survived by her four sons and their spouses, Evan and Claudia, Topher and Beth Cohen, Rawley and Cathy, and Corey and Samantha Sage; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. A private interment will be at the Mt. Sinai Memorial Park on Friday, January 9th. Friends are invited to a memorial service at the Sepulveda Unitarian Universalist Society, 9550 Haskell, North Hills, CA on Saturday, January 10th at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make donations to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
